This weekend your Sr Girls basketball capped off a magical season with an OFSAA gold medal!
Your Panthers dominated the competition, going through the 15th, 13th, 5th, 1st and 3rd seeds on their way to the gold. They won 44-30 in the finals over a tough Ange-Gabriel team from Brockville. Keira Lusk and Brielle Croisetiere were standouts in that final game, playing great defense and timely points.
This season your Panthers had an overall record of 21-2, won 2 silver medals and one gold in tournament play, went undefeated in city competition, won the city finals, and walked off the court Saturday night as OFSAA Champions.
